Implementing the direction of the General Staff (Command 86) on ensuring absolute safety during the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, Center 386 proactively developed and deployed a combat readiness plan; practiced proficiently plans to protect the unit, prevent and fight fires and explosions, and respond to incidents to ensure unit safety.
Lieutenant Colonel Ho Ngoc Duy, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Commander of Center 386, affirmed: “The unit seriously deploys and maintains combat readiness work. Officers, employees and soldiers all uphold a sense of responsibility and determination to successfully complete their tasks, contributing to ensuring absolute safety for activities celebrating the 80th anniversary of National Day, September 2.”
Promoting the tradition of “remembering the source of water”, in order to educate gratitude and national pride, a delegation of officers, employees and soldiers of Center 386 led by Lieutenant Colonel Ho Ngoc Duy, Commander of the Center, offered incense at the Ho Chi Minh Museum - Branch of Military Region 5. In a solemn atmosphere, officers and soldiers respectfully remembered President Ho Chi Minh - the great leader of the nation; commemorated General Vo Nguyen Giap - the first Commander-in-Chief of the Vietnam People's Army, and heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

On August 31 and September 1, the working delegation of Center 386 led by Colonel Tran Viet Ha, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the Center, visited, encouraged and gave gifts to soldiers in difficult circumstances, soldiers being treated at the hospital and some poor households in Ngu Hanh Son ward ( Da Nang city).

The practical and meaningful gifts left many emotions, demonstrating the responsibility and affection of the Center's officers and soldiers towards the community, contributing to strengthening the military-civilian solidarity relationship, spreading the beautiful image of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the hearts of the people.
Along with political and social activities, Center 386 also organizes many sports activities during breaks and holidays such as: Soccer, volleyball, pickleball and some other sports, attracting a large number of cadres, union members and young people to participate.
The matches were exciting, dramatic, with many beautiful moves, receiving enthusiastic cheers from officers and soldiers. This was an opportunity to practice health, improve spiritual and cultural life, strengthen solidarity, and build a healthy cultural environment in the unit.
