On October 12, comrade Nguyen Ngoc Tien, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee attended the groundbreaking ceremony to build houses for the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Duan, Truong Trung commune and the family of Ms. Le Thi Le, Minh Nghia commune (Nong Cong).
Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Tien, Standing Committee member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, and leaders of Nong Cong district presented 80 million VND in support to build a house for Ms. Le Thi Le's family in Xuan Thanh village, Minh Nghia commune.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Duan, 97 years old, lives in Dong Xuan village, Truong Trung commune. Her family is classified as a poor household, and she is elderly and frail. Ms. Le Thi Le, 60 years old, lives in Xuan Thanh village, Minh Nghia commune. Her family is in particularly difficult circumstances, and she herself is a beneficiary of social welfare programs. For many years, Ms. Duan and Ms. Le have lived alone in dilapidated houses that do not meet living standards, and building new houses is beyond their means.
... and presented a support symbol of 80 million VND to build a house for the family of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Duan, 97 years old, in Dong Xuan village, Truong Trung commune.
Sharing the difficulties with these families, Nong Cong district surveyed and provided support to help Ms. Duan and Ms. Le's families build new houses. Each house, with an area of over 50 square meters , costs between 130 million and 150 million VND; of which Nong Cong district provided 80 million VND to each family from the fund of the campaign to support housing construction for poor households, policy beneficiary households, and households facing housing difficulties, as per Directive No. 22 of the Provincial Party Committee, launched by the district; the remaining amount was contributed by relatives in terms of money and labor. It is expected that the two houses will be completed and handed over to the families by the end of October 2024.
The Steering Committee for the implementation of Directive No. 22 of Nong Cong district also provided support for all floor tiles to Ms. Duân's family with an amount of 4.5 million VND...
... and gave all the floor tiles to Mrs. Le's family with the amount of 9 million VND.
With support for housing construction, the families sincerely thank the attention of all levels and sectors for the lives of those who still face many difficulties in life. With new housing, the families will strive to develop the economy and stabilize their lives.

The goal is to ensure that by the end of 2025, all poor households, policy beneficiary families, and households facing housing difficulties in the province will have stable housing, guaranteeing their lives.
