
In Do Luong commune, Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia and the delegation visited and presented gifts to the family of Mr. Tran Dang Van in Hamlet 6; and the war invalid couple Nguyen Dinh Que and Nguyen Thi Lien in Phu Dinh Hamlet. Mr. Tran Dang Van is a Party member and a Catholic, whose older brother is a fallen soldier.

During his visits, the Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department expressed profound gratitude for the immense contributions, sacrifices, and losses suffered by the families in the struggle for national independence and freedom.

Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia cordially inquired about the health and living conditions of policy beneficiary families and meritorious individuals. He expressed his hope that the wounded soldiers, meritorious individuals, and policy beneficiary families would always be healthy, continue to set a good example, and be a strong source of moral support for their children and grandchildren; and continue to contribute to the socio -economic development of the locality and the country.
Later that afternoon, Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia and the delegation visited and presented gifts to wounded soldiers at the Nghe An Rehabilitation Center for Wounded Soldiers in Vinh Loc ward.
Next, Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia and the delegation visited and presented gifts to Heroic Vietnamese Mother Pham Thi Thanh, 95 years old, residing in Block 3, Cua Lo Ward.

On the morning of July 16th, Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia and the delegation also visited the Public Administrative Service Center of Do Luong commune.
Here, Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia highly appreciated the local authorities' proactive approach in preparing infrastructure, organizing personnel, and bringing the commune-level government apparatus into stable operation. The Public Administrative Service Center has a clear division of responsibilities among departments, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted service to the people.

To further improve the efficiency of administrative procedures, Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia proposed strengthening training and professional development to enhance the expertise, especially in information technology skills, of officials and civil servants; creating the most favorable conditions and best addressing the needs of citizens and businesses when they come to complete administrative procedures.
