Attracting talent is difficult, but retaining talent is even more challenging. Therefore, a worthy compensation system is needed to attract and retain talent for the two high-quality training centers in Da Lat and Buon Ma Thuot cities. In addition, the training and research environment needs attention; curriculum reform is necessary, training effectiveness is improved, and digital transformation is applied in training linked to scientific research; attracting students from Laos and Cambodia to study and conduct research is also crucial.
