The Ministry of Education and Training has issued an official dispatch guiding university and college admissions for Preschool Education in 2023. Accordingly, from July 10 to 5:00 p.m. on July 30, 2023, candidates have the right to register, adjust and supplement their admission wishes an unlimited number of times.
The Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) guides the registration and processing of wishes as follows: Candidates use the granted account to process information (enter, edit, view) of candidates' information on the System;
Registration of admission wishes (NVXT) for groups of majors, majors or training programs must be done online on the System or on the National Public Service Portal (Instructions are posted on the System or the National Public Service Portal);
Candidates' wishes for admission to training institutions (CSDT) are ranked from 1 to the end (wish 1 is the highest wish). Candidates choose the basis for admission, including the following information: Order of wishes; School code, School name; Code of major, major or program group; Name of major, major or program group; and the basis for admission for registered wishes must be consistent with the requirements and conditions of CSDT (High school graduation exam results, High school learning results, Independent exam results, Competency assessment results, Thinking assessment results, Other results...).
All candidates' NVXTs to CSDT are processed on the System and each candidate is only admitted to the highest wish among the registered wishes when ensuring the admission conditions;
Candidates who have completed the application for CSDT according to the CSDT's early admission plan, if eligible for admission, must continue to register for NVXT on the System to be considered for admission according to regulations.
Pay application fee from July 31 to August 6, 2023
The document of the Ministry of Education and Training clearly states that from July 31 to 5:00 p.m. on August 6, 2023: Candidates must pay the admission fee according to the number of admission wishes online according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Candidates who are eligible for regional and target priority policies must coordinate with reception points to review information on the candidate's regional and target priority policies (if any).
Candidates must carefully study the instruction documents and must complete the entire registration process correctly and completely. Candidates who are unclear about the declaration and payment of admission fees can contact the staff at the reception points or the CSĐT staff on duty at the admission support phone numbers for guidance.
Before 5:00 p.m. on September 6, 2023, candidates must complete the first round of online admission confirmation on the System.
For admitted candidates who are eligible for direct admission according to the Regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, from July 5, 2023 to 5:00 p.m. on August 15, 2023, candidates can confirm their admission on the System (candidates who have confirmed their admission will not be allowed to register for further admission wishes, except in cases where the Principal/Director of the Training Center allows them not to enroll). In case they have not yet confirmed their admission, candidates can continue to register their admission wishes on the System or the National Public Service Portal like other candidates for the Training Center to consider. If they are admitted, candidates will confirm their admission according to the general schedule.
Before 5:00 p.m. on September 6, 2023, all admitted candidates must complete the first round of online admission confirmation on the System.
From September 7, 2023 to December 2023, candidates who need to apply for additional admission rounds of the CSDT, must follow the admission plan posted on the CSDT's admission information page (if the CSDT applies for additional admission, candidates who have passed the entrance exam and have confirmed their enrollment will not be considered for additional admission, except in cases where the Principal/Director of the CSDT allows them not to enroll).
