This feature helps cardholders manage their spending conveniently and continuously, and significantly improves security and saves money compared to tracking via SMS. From September 1st, 2024, VPBank cardholders can access VPBank NEO to register for this new feature. This service is provided free of charge by VPBank. Immediately after confirming the change of payment method, credit card balance change notifications will be sent via VPBank NEO, and the subscription to receive balance change notifications via SMS will be canceled. Cardholders can check all balance changes via SMS at VPBank NEO >> “Notifications” >> “Cards”. If cardholders still wish to receive balance change notifications via SMS, the SMS banking fee for credit cards will be updated to VND 6,500 per month/credit card (excluding VAT). This fee schedule is effective from September 1, 2024 (until further notice from VPBank) and does not apply to Diamond World/World Lady cards. For detailed service fees, please see here.
