On September 16, Ms. Le Xuan Hoa - Deputy Chief of Office of Can Tho City People's Committee, Director of the City Public Administration Service Center - said that from October 1, administrative procedures in the fields of foreign affairs, religion, science - technology, internal affairs, culture - sports and tourism, education, agriculture - environment will be received and results will be returned regardless of administrative boundaries.

Civil servants of Long Phu 1 Ward Public Administration Service Center handle administrative procedures for people
Ms. Le Xuan Hoa said that receiving and returning results of non-administrative procedures will create favorable conditions for people to choose where to submit their applications.
The above method will also put pressure on the civil servants of the Commune-level Public Administration Service Center. If they provide good service, more people will come to do transactions, while the number of staff will not be increased, requiring the government to pay attention and have many solutions such as: the administrative procedure settlement system must be ensured to be smooth, the information database must be complete, etc.
Previously, the Office of the People's Committee of Can Tho City coordinated with the Department of Science and Technology to organize training courses to improve professional skills in administrative procedure control and one-stop and one-stop mechanisms for officials, civil servants and public employees in 103 communes and wards with nearly 1,045 participants.
The training session aims to promptly equip knowledge and professional skills in administrative procedure control and the one-stop mechanism.
At the same time, build internal procedures for receiving and handling administrative procedures for the team of cadres and civil servants - focal points for performing the task of controlling administrative procedures at the local level.
