On February 28, representatives from the Mobile Police Command announced that the unit had launched the "Youth Month 2025" and the "3 initiatives, 5 training" emulation movement for its youth members.

At the ceremony, Captain Nguyen Minh Tu, Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of the Mobile Police Command, stated that the 2025 Youth Month of the Mobile Police Command's youth will focus on implementing three key areas.

Firstly, we must promote the pioneering and creative role of cadres and youth union members of all generations within the Mobile Police Command, taking the lead in registering and undertaking youth projects and tasks, and developing creative ideas related to digital transformation and the key political tasks of the force.

Secondly, we will promote charitable, volunteer, and social welfare activities associated with the "March Border Month" program in 2025, simultaneously launching "Volunteer Saturday" campaigns, striving to plant 25,000 new trees, and promoting the voluntary blood donation movement...

Thirdly, focus on organizing grassroots activities, accompanying and caring for young members of the Mobile Police Force, such as: organizing political activities; exam preparation for conscripted soldiers; the "3 initiatives, 5 training" movement, etc.

Also on the same day, the Mobile Police Command launched the "3 initiatives, 5 training" emulation movement and an art program to welcome new recruits for their 2025 training course.
