Seven newly appointed associate professors each received a reward of 300 million VND.

The University of Finance and Marketing (UFM) has just announced the appointment of seven lecturers to the position of Associate Professor in Economics for the year 2025, and also awarded 300 million VND to recognize the efforts and academic achievements of the newly appointed Associate Professors.

Seven lecturers were promoted to associate professor: Tran Thi Thanh Nga, Le Trung Dao, Doan Ngoc Phuc, Tran Thi Kim Oanh, Pham Ngoc Duong, Ngo Nhat Phuong Diem, and Tran Nguyen Khanh Hai. Among them, Associate Professor Tran Thi Thanh Nga and Associate Professor Tran Nguyen Khanh Hai met the standards for the associate professor title in Economics in 2024.

The university awards 300 million VND to each newly appointed associate professor as a token of appreciation for their persistent, serious efforts and outstanding academic contributions, and as a demonstration of its strategy to invest in a high-quality faculty and scientific team.

Associate Professor Pham Tien Dat, Secretary of the Party Committee and Rector of the university, affirmed that this is not only the achievement of each individual but also the culmination of the academic environment and the development orientation of the faculty that UFM has pursued for many years.

He expects the newly appointed associate professors to continue to uphold their roles and academic prestige, guide young lecturers, build strong research groups, and contribute to training, scientific research, and knowledge transfer, thereby improving the quality of education and affirming the university's position.
