In 3 days From November 2 to 4, more than 400 artisans, actors, and athletes from 8 provinces in the Northeast region participated in cultural, sports, and tourism activities such as: Performances, introductions of festival excerpts, traditional cultural rituals; exhibitions, introductions, and promotion of traditional cultural products, cuisine , and tourism of localities; mass art festivals and performances of costumes of ethnic groups in the Northeast region; competitions in tug of war, stick pushing, shuttlecock throwing, and stilt walking; and competitions in tour guide skills...
Tuyen Quang province won 3rd prize overall at the 11th Northeast Ethnic Culture, Sports and Tourism Festival.
Tuyen Quang province won 2 A prizes in the following categories: Exhibition space to introduce and promote local traditional cultural products; Mass cultural and artistic festival.
During the program, the Organizing Committee awarded the flag to host the 12th Northeastern Provinces Culture, Sports and Tourism Festival to Tuyen Quang province.
On this occasion, 11 groups and 4 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism for their outstanding achievements at the Festival.
