The activities are being implemented to fulfill Plan No. 05/KH-UBND dated January 9, 2025, of the Provincial People's Committee on the National Target Program for socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in 2025.

This is an important opportunity to help people gain more full access to the regulations of the 2017 Legal Aid Law and the State's policies for vulnerable groups, including the poor, the elderly, people with disabilities, and ethnic minorities facing financial difficulties.
In the villages of Bach Dich commune, the working group, consisting of legal aid assistants and specialists, directly disseminated information on legal aid policies; provided advice and answered questions related to marriage and family, land, civil matters, complaints, and other common legal issues in people's lives.

During the communication process, the speakers emphasized the right to legal aid for ethnic minorities – a group often facing language barriers, economic conditions, and limited access to legal services. People were given specific guidance on how to request legal aid, the application process, and received direct answers to practical questions.
Communication activities in Bach Dich commune have contributed to raising legal awareness among ethnic minority people, helping them to protect their legitimate rights and interests, build a united community, understand the law, and live and work in accordance with the law.
