Preferential loans for customers to serve their living needs with loan interest rates from only 4.5%/year

With the desire to support more and more customers to access preferential loans from Agribank to serve their living needs, Agribank has spent about 30,000 billion VND to implement a preferential loan program for individual customers to serve their living needs with interest rates from only 4.5%/year. Specifically:

Applicable subjects: Individual customers borrow capital to pay for expenses for personal and family consumption and living purposes.

Applicable period: From January 1, 2025 to March 31, 2025 or until the scale of the Program is reached.

Preferential short-term loan interest rate: applying a loan interest rate (LSCV) lower by a maximum of 1.0%/year compared to the normal loan interest rate floor to serve Agribank's living needs, specifically:

• Only from 4.5%/year for loans up to 03 months. • Only from 5.0%/year for loans over 03 to 06 months. • Only from 5.5%/year for loans over 06 to 12 months.

Preferential medium and long-term loan interest rates: apply fixed interest rates in the initial period (calculated from the disbursement date) with minimum loan interest rates, specifically:

• 6.0%/year for the first 06 months (applicable to loans with a minimum loan term of 24 months). • 6.0%/year for the first 12 months (applicable to loans with a minimum loan term of 36 months). • 6.5%/year for the first 24 months (applicable to loans with a minimum loan term of 60 months).

Lending method: Loan by installment, loan according to overdraft limit on payment account.

Loan conditions: Borrowers must fully meet the loan conditions according to current regulations of Agribank and program regulations.
