Sales and service revenue in the second quarter of 2025 reached VND 10,514 billion, up 21% over the same period in 2024, marking the 7th consecutive quarter that Viettel Global has maintained revenue growth of over 20%, extending the growth streak of 11 consecutive quarters since the fourth quarter of 2022 to present. Profit after tax of the parent company's shareholders (net profit) reached VND 2,389 billion - up 185%.
In the first 6 months of the year, Viettel Global achieved VND 20,171 billion in net revenue, up 21.6% over the same period, nearly 5 times higher than the world telecommunications growth rate (4.7% according to GSMA) and net profit reached VND 2,357 billion - up 10%.
With positive business results, it is expected that in September 2025, Viettel Global will pay cash dividends to shareholders at a rate of 7.5%.
In the second quarter of 2025, all Viettel Global markets continued to grow well, typically: Lumitel in Burundi 66%, Natcom in Haiti 64%, Halotel in Tanzania 61%, Movitel in Mozambique 48%, Telemor in Timor-Leste 23%, Metfone in Cambodia 13%.
Digital financial services continued to grow rapidly, with Lumicash (of Viettel Burundi) increasing by 93%, Halopesa (of Viettel Tanzania) increasing by 91%, Emoney (of Viettel Cambodia) increasing by 84%, and e-Mola (of Viettel Mozambique) increasing by 59%.
