VNeDOC attracts the attention of many businesses – A new step in digitizing electronic contracts

The event was organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade with the participation of leaders of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, representatives of the Ministry of Public Security , the Ministry of Information and Communications, the General Department of Taxation, and the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC), along with organizations providing electronic contract authentication services (CeCA).

With the theme “Safe electronic contracts”, the forum focused on discussing legal and technological solutions to enhance transparency and security in the signing and implementation of electronic contracts. Challenges in the transition from paper to electronic contracts were also presented with specific strategies to help businesses ensure a solid legal corridor.

The forum also created a space for in-depth exchange between management agencies and businesses, providing important information on the application of electronic contracts, aiming to promote businesses, organizations and individuals to move towards the safe implementation of electronic contracts in the period of 2024-2025.
