At the 2025 Vietnam Talent Awards Ceremony, organized by the Vietnam Association for the Promotion of Learning and sponsored by the Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group ( VNPT ), a promising technology product attracted attention.
An AI-powered tool for identifying phishing websites, developed by a team of young authors from the Anti-Fraud Social Enterprise, won third prize in the promising digital technology product category.
What makes this project special is that all four team members are students at Swinburne University Vietnam: Le Nguyen Viet Cuong, Truong Duc Sang, Nguyen Van Huy Quang, and Nguyen Vinh Khang. The project is led by cybersecurity expert Ngo Minh Hieu (Hieu PC).
To build the tool, the student team researched and applied popular AI models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, and Deepseek. Through analysis and comparison of performance, operating costs, and accuracy, they selected the optimal technique for implementation.
Users simply need to provide the URL of the suspicious website, and the AI will quickly analyze it and issue a warning.

The Chongluadao group led by Hieu PC and his students won third prize at the 2025 Vietnam Talent Awards.
Sharing about the project, expert Hieu PC said he was very impressed with the enthusiasm and eagerness to learn of the students during cybersecurity lectures. This motivated him to "mentor" them and assign them the task of building a tool to filter malicious websites. After just over two months of hard work, the product https://ai.chongluadao.vn was officially launched.

A group of four students developed a tool to filter malicious websites: https://ai.chongluadao.vn
The authors shared that their motivation for undertaking this project stemmed from a desire to protect the community from online fraud. With support from Professor Ngo Minh Hieu and the Chongluadao project team, they worked hard to perfect the product.
"We hope this tool will be widely disseminated, helping to warn the community about fake websites, malware, and scams. We also hope to receive support from relevant authorities to promptly prevent fraudulent websites," the student group representative expressed.
According to expert Hieu PC, the tool https://ai.chongluadao.vn, currently part of the Chongluadao project, is capable of directly analyzing the website being viewed to assess its safety. The product has recorded thousands of visits, detected many fake websites, and achieved an accuracy rate of up to 98%.
