Sao Vang Commune distributes gifts on September 2nd to all people

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - Implementing the Prime Minister's Official Dispatch No. 149/CD-CP dated August 28, 2025; Resolution No. 263/NQ-CP dated August 29, 2025 of the Government and the directives and instructions of superiors on giving gifts to people on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, Sao Vang commune has deployed the distribution of gifts to people in the area.

A large number of people came to receive gifts with great enthusiasm.

According to Decision No. 2940/QD-UBND dated August 30, 2025, of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province on approving the supplementary budget for gifts to the people in the province on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd, Sao Vang commune has been allocated a budget of 4.482 billion VND.

To ensure that gifts are distributed to the people in a timely and targeted manner, Sao Vang commune organized a conference to disseminate and implement the plan; assigning tasks to each committee, department, the Fatherland Front, and other organizations, as well as civil servants.

At the same time, the commune established 51 teams to distribute gifts and money to the people at village cultural centers throughout the area; and organized publicity and informed the people about the location and time of the gift distribution.

Thanks to thorough preparation and clear assignment of responsibilities, from early afternoon on August 31st, the village cultural centers – the locations for distributing gifts to the people in Sao Vang commune – were filled with enthusiastic people receiving their gifts.

As of 3 PM on August 31st, Quan Ngoc village had completed the distribution of gifts and money to all 593/593 residents.

During the implementation process, officials and civil servants of the commune People's Committee, along with mass organizations, Party branch secretaries, and village heads, closely coordinated and guided the people to receive gifts at the correct time and location; the commune police force ensured security and order, creating favorable conditions for the people, contributing to a joyful and enthusiastic atmosphere, while strengthening trust and solidarity, towards building an increasingly prosperous, beautiful, and civilized homeland.

According to the plan, tomorrow, September 1st, Sao Vang commune will continue to directly distribute gifts and money to the people, ensuring that it reaches the right recipients, is transparent, and timely.
