Tam Anh Commune continues to implement land acquisition for 18 major projects

Established on the basis of merging 3 communes (Tam Anh Nam, Tam Anh Bac, Tam Hoa), Tam Anh commune is located in the key area of Chu Lai Open Economic Zone.

Recently, the locality has focused on implementing compensation, site clearance, and resettlement arrangements and achieved many results.

To date, the commune has 18 major construction investment projects, of which Tam Anh Nam commune (old) has 9 projects with a total investment of nearly 5,000 billion VND. The locality announced the land recovery of 670 hectares, of which 457 hectares have been recovered, 4,057 graves have been relocated, 264 resettlement plots have been arranged, and the total compensation cost is 900 billion VND.

Tam Anh Bac commune (old) has 7 projects with a total affected area of 90.58 hectares, affecting 353 households; Tam Hoa commune (old) is implementing 2 projects with an affected area of 47.9 hectares.

Along with continuing to compensate and clear land for projects, Tam Anh commune has strengthened the management of planning, land and construction strictly, inspected and recorded 104 cases of illegal construction in the area.
