BUILDING A GOVERNMENT THAT IS TRULY CLOSE TO THE PEOPLE AND FOR THE PEOPLE
Lac Duong commune was established from the merger of 3 communes: Da Sar, Da Nhim and Da Chais of the former Lac Duong district. With a total area of 828.01 km2, with 14 villages, 3,390 households, a population of 14,525 people; of which, ethnic minorities are 11,978 people, accounting for 82.4% of the total population of the commune.
Recorded at the Lac Duong Commune Public Administration Service Center on the morning of July 1, the working atmosphere was exciting and vibrant. Officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers at the Center immediately got to work to serve and resolve administrative procedures for the people.
In addition to the application reception area, the Center also has an automatic queue number machine and computers to help citizens look up administrative procedures. At the same time, the Digital Transformation Team, consisting of members and young people proficient in information technology, is always on standby to support people in using online public services.
It was early in the working day but many people had already come to the Center to carry out administrative procedures. The transactions took place in an orderly and convenient manner thanks to the software system and timely support staff. Coming to register for marriage, Ms. Cil Phi Crieu K'Thien shared: "I was very satisfied when the staff guided me enthusiastically, the procedures were quick and I didn't have to wait long."
Also in an excited mood, Mr. Cil Pam Ha Hai said: “Today, I came to certify some documents. Although it was the first day of operation of the new commune, I saw that the procedures were carried out quickly, with enthusiastic guidance from the staff, clear queue numbers, and streamlined processes. I am very happy about this change. Previously, many procedures had to be done at the district center, more than 30 kilometers away, but now I only need to go to the Public Administration Center right in the commune.”
Mr. Pham Hong Thai - Deputy Director of Lac Duong Commune Public Administration Service Center said: "The commune is mainly inhabited by ethnic minorities, so every cadre, civil servant, and employee at the Center makes every effort to guide and support people in applying digital platforms when participating in administrative procedures. From there, we always aim to be friendly, handle procedures quickly and effectively, and prioritize the satisfaction of people and businesses."
COMPLETE THE LEGAL SYSTEM INTO OPERATION
On the first working day of operating the two-level local government, this morning, the Lac Duong Commune Party Committee held the first meeting of the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee; the first meeting of the Commune Party Executive Committee, term 2020-2025. Immediately after the meetings of the Standing Committee, the Party Executive Committee, the Lac Duong Commune People's Council held the first session of the first term, term 2021-2026.
At the meeting, the People's Council of the commune announced the Resolutions of the People's Council of Lam Dong province on: Appointing the Chairman, Vice Chairman of the People's Council, Heads of Committees of the People's Council of Lac Duong commune, term 2021-2026; Appointing the Chairman, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Lac Duong commune, term 2021 - 2026; announcing the Resolution of the Standing Committee of the People's Council of the commune on appointing the positions of members of the People's Committee of the commune, approving the Deputy Heads of the People's Council Committees of the commune and members who are delegates of the People's Council of the commune working part-time, term 2021 - 2026.
The People's Council of the commune considered and decided to establish the People's Council Committees of the commune; Decided to establish specialized agencies under the People's Committee of the commune. At the same time, approved the plan to organize the regular meeting of the People's Council of the commune in 2025; tasks of socio -economic development, ensuring national defense and security of Lac Duong commune in the last 6 months of 2025.
These are very important contents to promptly concretize the province's policies and directions, ensure unity and synchronization in state management, as well as ensure continuous and timely operation and activities, improve efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency in the management and operation of the political apparatus.
