    According to the National Technical Standard on Road Traffic Signs QCVN 41:2019:
    - Sign 1 is a "height restriction" sign (symbol P.117), indicating that vehicles (motorized and non-motorized) exceeding the height indicated on the sign are prohibited from passing, including priority vehicles as stipulated (height is measured from the road surface or bridge surface to the highest point of the vehicle or cargo).
    - Sign 2 is a "axle load limit" sign (symbol P.116), indicating a road where vehicles (motorized and non-motorized), including priority vehicles as regulated, are prohibited from passing if their total vehicle weight (vehicle and cargo) distributed on any one axle (axle load) exceeds the value indicated on the sign.
    - Sign 3 is a "total vehicle weight limit" sign (symbol P.115), indicating a road where all types of vehicles (motorized and non-motorized), including priority vehicles as regulated, are prohibited from passing if their total vehicle weight (vehicle weight plus the weight of the cargo) exceeds the value indicated on the sign.
