According to the Speaker of the National Assembly, many articles have highlighted the efforts and determination to innovate and improve the quality of operations, and the important and fairly comprehensive results in all aspects of the National Assembly's work in 2024. In particular, many articles provide in-depth analysis of innovations in legislative work and decisions on important national issues, shifting the thinking on lawmaking towards ensuring both state management requirements and encouraging creativity, unleashing the full potential of production, and unlocking all resources for development with a spirit of breakthroughs, reforms, thorough decentralization and delegation of power, granting autonomy, and ensuring flexibility in the Government's administration in the context of continuously changing practical situations, responding most quickly and effectively to socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, and better caring for the lives of the people.
In particular, the press needs to strongly disseminate the positive spirit, aspirations, new determination, and new momentum throughout the Party, the people, and the armed forces, especially the messages of General Secretary To Lam, which also represent the Party's leadership guidelines on the era of national progress, as a call to action, urging innovation, creativity, boldness in thinking, daring to act, and taking responsibility; messages on reforming the overall organizational model of the entire political system with the scale and scope of a revolution in organizational structure; messages on the development of science and technology and digital transformation with the determination to popularize digital transformation among the entire population; and messages on administrative procedure reform, combating corruption, waste, and negative practices, not only for the benefit of the nation, the people, and the interests of individuals, families, and society, but also out of responsibility to future generations.
