On the morning of April 6, the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development ( Agribank ) Ninh Binh Branch coordinated with the People's Committee of Phu Son Commune, Nho Quan District to organize the launching ceremony of the movement "Tet tree planting to forever remember Uncle Ho" in 2024 with the theme "Agribank for a green future, more trees - more life".
Throughout its development journey, in parallel with its business goals, Agribank Ninh Binh Branch has always focused on implementing social security activities and community activities, including the annual launching ceremony of "Tet tree planting to forever remember Uncle Ho". From 2020 to present, the Bank has allocated funds to donate thousands of seedlings and shade trees to localities in the province.
At the launching ceremony, a large number of cadres, union members, and employees of Agribank Ninh Binh Branch, together with local authorities and people, planted 100 new Bauhinia trees along the main road of the commune.
This is a meaningful activity to "promote learning and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" and respond to the implementation of the "planting one billion trees" program launched by the Government. At the same time, it demonstrates the sense of responsibility to the community of Agribank's youth, officers and employees in protecting the environment, responding to climate change, contributing to improving the environment and improving the quality of life for local people.
