Talking to Dan Viet reporter, Mr. Vo Van Thong (in Son Thuy commune, Le Thuy district, Quang Binh province) said: "The tropical depression is about to strengthen into a storm in the East Sea and is likely to move to the mainland of Quang Binh, so my family has used steel mesh to reinforce the roof to avoid strong winds."
