The 4 Deputy Secretaries of the Hanoi Party Committee include: Mr. Tran Sy Thanh, Deputy Secretary of the 17th Party Committee, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the 17th Hanoi Party Committee; Ms. Phung Thi Hong Ha, Standing Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Trong Dong, Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee.
Thus, in this term, Hanoi has two new Deputy Secretaries of the Hanoi Party Committee, Ms. Phung Thi Hong Ha and Mr. Nguyen Trong Dong.
