Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Negativity: Deploying tasks for the last 6 months of the year

At the meeting, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee reported on the situation and results of the Steering Committee's activities in the first 6 months of the year; expected some key work contents in the last 6 months of the year; the direction and handling of cases and incidents under the Steering Committee's monitoring and direction, and the meeting participants discussed, commented, and clarified further problems and issues. According to the assessment, in the first 6 months of 2024, the Steering Committee continued to innovate methods and contents, well organized the implementation of assigned tasks and powers; regularly directed the work of PCTNTC in the assigned areas, fields, and topics; coordinated with the prosecution agencies, sectors, and localities to grasp the situation, progress, difficulties, and problems in the process of resolving and handling cases and incidents. Therefore, 4/5 cases and incidents were completed and removed from the monitoring and direction list; At the same time, put one case under monitoring and direction at the request of the Central Steering Committee.

Directing the key tasks for the last 6 months of the year, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the Steering Committee to focus on leading and directing the strict implementation of the conclusions of the Central Steering Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee on the tasks of anti-corruption work; directing relevant agencies to coordinate and advise on effectively resolving outstanding and arising cases and incidents. Party committees and authorities at all levels continue to take measures to strengthen state management in all areas, especially areas prone to corruption and negativity such as: Land, order management, public property management, budget revenue and expenditure, and capital construction investment. Strengthen propaganda work, effectively implement solutions to prevent corruption and negativity, seriously carry out self-inspection, supervision, inspection, and settlement of complaints and denunciations. Strengthening the work of inspection, supervision, control of power, anti-corruption in law-making and inspection, handling of complaints and denunciations, especially in areas prone to corruption, negativity, prominent and pressing issues of public concern.
