The project has a total investment of more than 12,391 billion VND, implemented from 2025 to 2030. The resettlement area is located in Tu Thien village (Phuoc Dinh commune) with an area of 65.62 hectares, with the plan to build 798 plots of land to serve about 4,500 - 5,000 people. Of which, the land for housing construction including apartments for workers is about 1.48 hectares; residential land in subdivision A is about 4.66 hectares (300 plots of land, each plot is about 150m 2 ); area B has a total area of nearly 3.6 hectares (174 plots of land, each plot is about 200m 2 ) and area C has a total area of 10.11 hectares (324 plots of land, each plot is about 300m 2 ). Along with that is the technical infrastructure system, schools, medical centers, cultural houses, green parks, commercial - service areas, religious areas and parking lots.

The project's objective is to build resettlement infrastructure, helping people in affected areas to soon stabilize their housing, improve their lives, and promote local socio-economic development towards industrialization and modernization associated with environmental protection.
Regarding the site clearance work, Khanh Hoa Department of Industry and Trade said that the actual area reclaimed to serve both Ninh Thuan 1 and 2 nuclear power plants is more than 1,130 hectares with 1,153 households and 5,229 people. Of which, the total area of the two plants is 815.03 hectares.
In the Ninh Thuan 1 Factory area alone, the total reclaimed area is 485.54 hectares. By the end of August 2025, the inventory has been completed; Phuoc Dinh commune is currently reviewing the land origin for households and is expected to approve specific land prices in September 2025.
