This activity is part of the "Reconstruction for Flood-Affected People" program of Tuoi Tre Newspaper.
Due to the impact of Typhoon No. 3 in 2024, the school is located in an area at risk of landslides. Based on the wishes of the teachers and students of the school, as well as the proposal of the Department of Education and Training of Bac Ha district, Tuoi Tre Newspaper conducted a survey and invested in the construction.

The new Quán Dín Ngài Kindergarten school branch was built right near the old school site. The total cost for construction and purchasing equipment, toys, water filters, etc., was nearly 1.3 billion VND. The new construction items include: 2 classrooms, 1 kitchen, and 1 toilet facility with a total area of over 200 m² .
The entire funding was sourced from contributions from readers of Tuoi Tre Newspaper and a portion from the 1 billion VND donation by Professor, Dr. Le Ngoc Thach, former lecturer at the University of Science (Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City), to support the program "Together with the youth to support those affected by Typhoon No. 3 - 2024".
Professor, Dr. Le Ngoc Thach donated an additional gift worth 100,000 VND to each child at the school, bringing the total amount to 9.8 million VND; Morinaga Milk Group (Japan) donated 40 cartons of milk to the children of Quan Din Ngai Kindergarten.

On this occasion, Tuoi Tre Newspaper also provided livelihood support in the form of 15 breeding horses to 15 households severely affected by Typhoon No. 3, with a total value of approximately 300 million VND (about 20 million VND per household).
