Fined for illegal parking, driver justifies 'doing what the customer wants'

Since the beginning of January 2024, Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 has handled more than 230 passenger vehicle cases, fined 177.6 million VND, and temporarily detained 191 related licenses. In particular, the violations handled mainly include stopping and parking in the wrong place, entering a prohibited road, picking up and dropping off passengers in the wrong place, and opening the door while the vehicle is running.
Currently, the Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 has also proposed to the authorities to install cameras to issue fines along Pham Van Dong Street, thereby strengthening the control and handling of traffic violations on the route. Only then can the traffic safety situation on the route be reduced and the traffic police force can also reduce the workload and pressure of handling these passenger bus companies that deliberately violate this rule.
