On the morning of June 16th, in Tánh Linh district, the Traffic Police Department of Binh Thuan Provincial Police, in coordination with other functional units, organized a driving test for A1 class motorcycle licenses.
This is the first driving test held in Binh Thuan province since the Ministry of Public Security took over the management of issuing and renewing motorcycle driving licenses from the former Ministry of Transport.

At the examination, 230 candidates from Tánh Linh district arrived on time and brought all the required documents.
The organization of the event was carried out systematically, including verification, identification, and checking of personal documents, along with theoretical and practical driving tests on a standard motorcycle driving course.
According to observations, most candidates were well-prepared in terms of knowledge and driving skills. The pass rate in both the theoretical and practical parts of the exam was quite high.
The examiners worked objectively and transparently, ensuring fairness for all candidates.
The assessment is conducted using an automated scoring system, minimizing errors or irregularities during the evaluation process.

A representative from the Traffic Police Department of Binh Thuan province stated: “The transfer of management and issuance of motorcycle driving licenses from the former Ministry of Transport to the Ministry of Public Security aims to enhance management efficiency, ensure traffic safety, and create more favorable conditions for people to register for driving lessons and take driving tests. We are committed to conducting tests according to regulations, ensuring transparency and fairness, creating a serious and accurate testing environment, and avoiding inconvenience for the public.”
Following the successful examination in Tánh Linh district, the Traffic Police Department of Binh Thuan province will continue to organize examination sessions in many other localities in the province in the coming time.
