On October 11th, the Politburo reviewed and disciplined Party organizations and members who had committed violations and shortcomings. After considering the proposal of the Central Inspection Committee , the Politburo found that:

The Standing Committee of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term violated the principle of democratic centralism, Party regulations, and working procedures.

Irresponsible leadership and direction, lack of inspection and supervision led to serious violations of Party regulations and State laws by the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and many organizations and individuals in the implementation of construction package No. 4 of the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang expressway project, carried out by Thuan An Group Joint Stock Company; some officials and Party members, including key provincial officials, violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility of setting an example.

During his time as a member of the Central Committee of the Party and Secretary of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Dang Quoc Khanh violated Party regulations and State laws in the performance of his assigned duties and responsibilities, and in the fight against corruption and negative practices.

Violating regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility of setting an example, causing serious consequences, posing a risk of significant loss and waste of state funds and assets, creating negative public opinion, and diminishing the prestige of the Party organization and local government.

The Standing Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term violated the principle of democratic centralism and Party regulations.

Irresponsibility, lax leadership and direction, and a lack of inspection and supervision led to serious violations of Party regulations and State laws by the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and many organizations and individuals in the implementation of Package 26 of the Tuyen Quang - Phu Tho Expressway construction project, carried out by Thuan An Group Joint Stock Company.

Some officials and Party members, including key provincial officials, violated Party regulations and State laws in performing their assigned duties and responsibilities, in preventing and combating corruption and negative practices; they also violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility of setting an example .

During his time as a member of the Central Committee of the Party and Secretary of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Chau Van Lam violated Party regulations and State laws in the performance of his assigned duties and responsibilities, and in the fight against corruption and negative practices.

The Standing Committee of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee for the 2010-2015 term violated the principle of democratic centralism, Party regulations, and working procedures.

Due to irresponsibility, lax leadership and direction, and a lack of inspection and supervision, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and many organizations and individuals seriously violated Party regulations and State laws in the implementation of projects and bidding packages at the Hung Temple Historical Relic Site, carried out by Phuc Son Group Joint Stock Company.

Some officials and Party members, including key provincial officials, violated Party regulations and State laws in performing their assigned duties and responsibilities, in preventing and combating corruption and negative practices; they also violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility of setting an example.

Mr. Ngo Duc Vuong, former member of the Central Committee of the Party and former Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Doan Khanh, former member of the Central Committee of the Party and former Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee; and Mr. Hoang Dan Mac, former Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, during their time holding leadership positions in the provincial Party Committee, showed ideological and political degradation, moral decay, and lifestyle misconduct; they seriously violated Party regulations and State laws in performing their assigned duties and responsibilities, and in the fight against corruption and negative practices.

Violating regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility of setting an example; causing very serious consequences, public outrage, and severely damaging the reputation of the Party organization and local government.

The Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the terms 2010-2015 and 2015-2020 violated the principle of democratic centralism, Party regulations, and working procedures.

Irresponsible conduct, lax leadership and guidance, and a lack of inspection and supervision have allowed the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and many organizations and individuals to violate Party regulations and State laws in the implementation of several investment projects in the province, including the project implemented by Phuc Son Group Joint Stock Company, causing serious consequences and posing a risk of significant loss and waste of State funds and assets.

Some officials and Party members, including key officials, have seriously violated Party regulations and State laws in performing their assigned duties and responsibilities, and in the fight against corruption and negative practices.

Violations of regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility of setting an example can lead to disciplinary action, criminal prosecution, negative public opinion, and damage to the prestige of the Party organization and local government.

Two former Party Secretaries of Ha Giang and Tuyen Quang provinces disciplined.

Based on the content, nature, extent, consequences, and causes of the violations committed by the aforementioned Party organizations and members, and in accordance with the Party's regulations on disciplinary action against violating Party organizations and members, the Politburo decided to issue a warning to the Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee (2010-2015 term), the Standing Committee of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee (2010-2015 term), the Standing Committee of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee (2020-2025 term), the Standing Committee of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee (2020-2025 term), and Mr. Dang Quoc Khanh and Mr. Chau Van Lam.

The Standing Committee of the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term was reprimanded.

The Central Committee of the Party is requested to consider and take disciplinary action against Mr. Ngo Duc Vuong and Mr. Nguyen Doan Khanh, but not to consider disciplinary action against Mr. Hoang Dan Mac due to his serious illness.

We request that the relevant authorities promptly implement administrative disciplinary measures in a manner consistent with Party discipline.
