Information on the structure of fees in the ticket price must be complete, clear and not confusing to passengers. Implement flexible fare ranges, continue to have preferential policies on domestic flights to suit the needs of people and major tourism programs and festivals.
Proactively implement plans to add more aircraft to increase capacity during peak periods, and arrange night flights to meet passenger travel needs.
According to the Civil Aviation Authority, the cost structure of a flight consists of four elements. First, aviation fuel (37 - 42%). Of which, tax costs regulated by the Ministry of Finance account for 7.7 - 8.7% of the total cost of a flight.
Second, the cost of renting, buying, repairing and maintaining aircraft accounts for 32 - 41%. Third, the cost of flight services accounts for 6 - 7%, including services priced by the Ministry of Transport and services decided by the enterprise.
