On the morning of August 31st in Hanoi, Vietnam Post organized a special event titled "A Journey of Pride - Sending with Trust."

The event, held on August 31st and September 1st, commemorates the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2nd, 1945 - September 2nd, 2025). With a diverse range of experiential activities, the event will help the public embark on a journey "back" to history through engaging, vivid, emotionally rich, and modern approaches.

The journey begins with the exhibition "Listening to the Life of President Ho Chi Minh," featuring nearly 20 printed postage stamps depicting key milestones in his life and revolutionary career. From the thatched house where he spent his childhood, to his arduous journey in search of a way to save the country, to the places, events, and figures that bear the heroic imprint of President Ho Chi Minh . Notably, the exhibition also screens precious footage of President Ho Chi Minh reading the Declaration of Independence at the historic Ba Dinh Square.

Each stamp artwork is linked to a story about President Ho Chi Minh, narrated through an automated system, helping the public, especially the younger generation, to deeply appreciate the historical depth and "live with" the special moments in his life.

Following this is the "Historical Ba Dinh" experiential space featuring a 3D model of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum - a place that millions of Vietnamese hearts turn to on Independence Day.

The model is meticulously crafted from environmentally friendly materials such as MDF wood and digitally printed kraft paper. Notably, the model incorporates AR technology; people simply scan the QR code, and vivid footage of the marching troops and military equipment will appear, spreading the heroic atmosphere of the national celebration.

The publication, released by Vietnam Post in a limited edition of 2,000 copies, serves as a meaningful gift to the public on this important anniversary. The model is presented at the following times: 9:02 AM and 2:09 PM – numbers associated with National Day on September 2nd.

In the "Vietnamese Stamp Treasure" area, visitors have the opportunity to admire and collect unique products such as stamp holders, stamp blocks, stamp paintings, commemorative coins, etc. Each product not only has artistic and cultural value but also tells a story, a way of retelling history through the language of postage stamps.

A representative from Vietnam Post stated, "The 'Journey of Pride - Sending with Trust' event is organized with the desire to spread patriotism widely to the public, awaken national pride, and connect generations through the distinctive postal products of the Post Office, namely postage stamps, in a friendly, creative, and modern style."
