At the Festival, delegates and people together reviewed the glorious tradition of 95 years of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025); the results of the campaign "All people build new rural areas and civilized urban areas". Phien Sui village has 66 households and 351 people with 2 ethnic groups living there, the Tay and Dao; there are 45 poor households, 5 near-poor households, and 15 average households.

In the past year, despite many difficulties, with the efforts and struggles of cadres, party members and people, Phien Sui village always promoted the spirit of solidarity to effectively implement the 5 contents of the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"; people's lives were improved, political security and social order and safety were stable and maintained; political organizations in residential areas were consolidated, improved and put into orderly operation.

Speaking at the Festival, Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, praised the achievements that Phien Sui village has achieved in the past year. He shared the difficulties with the village and hoped that the cadres, party members, and people in the village would continue to unite, support each other, and promote the tradition of hard work, overcome difficulties, and find new varieties with high productivity for cultivation; apply science and technology to production; gradually convert from small-scale farming to concentrated farming; proactively prevent and combat natural disasters and epidemics; pay attention to teaching and learning; ensure environmental sanitation; preserve traditional cultural identity, eliminate backward customs and practices, and build a civilized lifestyle...

* Comrade Hoang Gia Long, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended and shared the joy of the National Great Unity Day with the cadres and people of Na Con village, Phu Linh commune. Also attending were leaders of a number of departments, branches and Phu Linh commune.

Na Con village has 66 households, with more than 331 people. In recent years, the material and spiritual life of the people has been increasingly improved, the great solidarity of the people has been strengthened. In 2025, the average income per capita of the village reached nearly 45 million VND; the rate of well-off and average households accounted for over 87%; the rate of poor households decreased, near-poor to 13%. The village has 100% of households achieving the title of Cultural Family and proposed the Commune People's Committee to consider recognizing it as a "Cultural Village" in 2025.

Speaking at the Festival, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Gia Long acknowledged and highly appreciated the achievements of the cadres and people of Na Con village. He requested the Party Committee, the government, the Front Working Committee and the people in the village to continue to promote the strength of the great national unity bloc, uphold the spirit of mutual love and care, help each other to develop the economy and reduce poverty sustainably. Sinh Lung village has 106 households with 532 people, mainly Mong ethnic people. Promoting the fine traditions of the nation, in 2025, the people of Sinh Lung village have promoted the spirit of solidarity, overcome difficulties, strived to develop the economy - culture - society, material and spiritual life, gradually improved, contributing to the completion of local development goals. People in the village actively transformed the structure of crops and livestock, increased the size of livestock and poultry. Na Sai village currently has 158 households with 722 people, including 5 ethnic groups living together. Over the past year, the people in the village have promoted the spirit of solidarity, actively responded to patriotic emulation movements; effectively implemented the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life", contributing to changing the face of the residential area, arousing village and neighborhood sentiment, strengthening solidarity and mutual love.

The people in the village actively develop the economy, boldly apply scientific and technical advances in production. The area of cultivated land reaches 73 hectares, food output is 397.66 tons, average income per capita reaches 28 million VND/year. Many households have escaped poverty, material and spiritual life is constantly improved. The whole village has 83.54% of households achieving the title of Cultural Family; the movement to encourage learning is strongly developing, 100% of school-age children go to school, the model of "Learning Family" is increasingly spreading. People have actively contributed more than 17.3 million VND and 632 working days to level the ground, improve the landscape; 85% of households have sanitary garbage pits, 70% of households have standard bathrooms, kitchens, toilets...
