Renovating Hoang Hoa Tham and Ngo Gia Tu parks (Bac Giang ward) towards forming open spaces

BAC NINH - This is the direction of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan in Document No. 2140/UBND-XDCB just issued by the Provincial People's Committee.

In order to improve the efficiency of exploitation and use, create a green, clean, and beautiful landscape, open spaces, a healthy and friendly environment, and connect with the lives and activities of the people, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to take the lead and coordinate with the People's Committee of Bac Giang ward and relevant agencies and units to review, research, and propose a plan for the renovation and beautification of Hoang Hoa Tham Park and Ngo Gia Tu Park in Bac Giang ward, in the direction of removing the surrounding fences, creating open, friendly spaces that are convenient for people to access and use.

The plan involves rationally arranging infrastructure, greenery, landscaping, and auxiliary facilities to ensure aesthetics, environmental hygiene, safety, and sustainability; effectively utilizing park land to serve the recreational and community needs of the people. Simultaneously, it includes advising and proposing to the Provincial People's Committee on the procedures for implementation to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness, with a report submitted before September 30, 2025.

In addition, conduct a comprehensive review of all major parks in the province, develop a plan for renovation and beautification in a similar direction, and report to the Provincial People's Committee in October 2025.
