Cam Pha is ready to organize grassroots party congresses.

To date, the Party branches under the grassroots Party committees in Cam Pha City have basically completed the organization of their congresses for the 2025-2027 term. Party committees and organizations throughout the city are finalizing the steps according to the guidelines from higher levels to be ready to organize the grassroots Party congresses for the 2025-2030 term.

The Party Committee of Mong Duong Ward organized a ceremony to present the decisions approving the election results of 20 subordinate Party branches for the 2025-2027 term.

The Cam Pha City Party Committee currently has 30 grassroots party branches and committees with 390 subordinate party branches. Following closely the Provincial Party Committee's Plan No. 439-KH/TU dated July 23, 2024, and the City Party Committee's Plan No. 430-KH/TU dated August 1, 2024, the grassroots party branches and committees in Cam Pha have led and directed their respective branches to complete the organization of their congresses for the 2025-2027 term. Accordingly, as of February 4, 2025, 365 out of 390 subordinate party branches and committees have completed their congresses for the 2025-2027 term. Of these, 174 village and neighborhood party branches have completed their congresses, while 25 out of 216 other types of party branches have not yet completed theirs (mainly those in private economic units).

Initial assessments indicate that the organization of the 2025-2027 term congresses of the subordinate Party branches in Cam Pha City met all requirements; the congresses were conducted with all four aspects: democracy, honesty, and responsibility; the documents presented at the congresses were concise, easy to study, and creative in their development orientation, linked to the development goals of the province and the city, especially in the context of the whole country entering a new era of development. In particular, the personnel selection at the recent Party branch congresses in Cam Pha met and exceeded the required standards, adapting to the new situation; the congresses of all Party branches elected the required number of Party committee members and branch secretaries for the 2025-2027 term with a high percentage of votes.

The Quang Hanh Ward Party Committee has 25 village and neighborhood Party branches (the most among all wards and communes in Cam Pha City). To ensure the successful organization of the Party branch congresses for the 2025-2027 term, after completing the election of village and neighborhood heads, the Quang Hanh Ward Party Committee leadership promptly implemented the steps for conducting the Party branch congresses in the spirit of "People's trust - Party's nomination". According to Nguyen Minh Tuan, Secretary of the Quang Hanh Ward Party Committee: Given its unique characteristic of having the largest number of Party branches among the city's wards and communes, the Ward Party Committee has assigned tasks to Party committee members to monitor and guide the village and neighborhood Party branches in preparing for and conducting the congresses, ensuring compliance with the law, democracy, fairness, objectivity, and high consensus within the Party and among the entire population.

Voting to approve the Resolution of the 9th Party Congress of Ward 3A (Cam Trung Ward, Cam Pha City), term 2025-2027.

Following the organization of branch party congresses, the Cam Pha City Party Committee is currently conducting a comprehensive review and evaluation of the organization of branch party congresses. Based on this, lessons learned will be applied to address existing shortcomings and deficiencies, aiming for unified leadership and guidance in organizing grassroots party congresses between April and June 30, 2025, in accordance with the directives outlined in Plan No. 439-KH/TU dated July 23, 2024, of the Provincial Party Committee.

Currently, the Cam Pha City Party Committee is focusing on leading and directing the preparation for the congresses of grassroots party branches and committees that will hold pilot congresses. According to the plan, three grassroots party branches and committees have been selected to hold pilot congresses, including: the Cam Trung Ward Party Committee, the Cua Ong High School Party Branch, and the Mong Duong Thermal Power Plant Party Committee.

At the Cam Trung Ward Party Committee, preparations have been largely completed. The draft documents have been circulated for feedback and approved by the Ward Party Committee Executive Board for the fourth time; specific plans have been drawn up for decoration, propaganda, organization, and services, and a campaign has been launched to celebrate the 13th Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

According to Nguyen Nhu Ngoc, Secretary of the Cam Trung Ward Party Committee: "All preparations for the pilot Party Congress of Cam Trung Ward have been basically completed. Currently, the Ward Party Committee is awaiting new guidance from higher levels regarding personnel matters for the congress, after which we will proceed with the next steps, ensuring timely organization of the pilot congress, which is expected to take place in March."

With the achievements in organizing the Party branch congresses and the thorough and meticulous preparation of all stages and steps from the selected Party committees to hold pilot congresses, the Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term in Cam Pha City will certainly be successful, making a positive contribution to the overall success of the entire province, towards the successful organization of the 16th Provincial Party Congress, 2025-2030 term.
