Heatstroke, or sunstroke, is a condition where body temperature rises too high due to exposure to high temperatures or prolonged exposure to hot environments, especially during the summer.

To prevent heatstroke, workers should avoid working during peak sunlight hours from 10 am to 4 pm; avoid strenuous physical activity; wear wide-brimmed hats, long-sleeved clothing, use scarves to protect the neck and nape, and wear sunglasses.

After about an hour of continuous work, take a 10-15 minute break in a cool place; do not shower immediately after being in the sun because this is when the body sweats a lot, and a sudden change in body temperature can be dangerous and easily lead to stroke...
