This is one of the key projects, forming a comprehensive social housing area with integrated technical infrastructure and architectural works; gradually completing housing targets in Viet Tri city according to the Phu Tho province's housing development program and plan for the 2021-2030 period; meeting the housing needs of those eligible for social housing support policies. At the same time, it contributes to achieving the goal of implementing the "Investment in the construction of at least 1 million social housing units for low-income earners and industrial park workers in the 2021-2030 period" project approved by the Prime Minister.
The NO3 high-rise social housing project includes: 11 apartment buildings (15 stories) and a guardhouse with beautiful architectural design; public green spaces and a comprehensively developed technical infrastructure system.
The low-rise social housing complex at plot N02 in the Minh Phuong Housing and Commercial Service Area, Nong Trang ward, has been completed and is ready for operation.
The total land area of the NO3 High-Rise Social Housing Project is 7,175.00 m2 (0.7175 ha), with the detailed planning approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 530/QD-UBND dated March 5, 2025.
The total projected investment for the project is VND 581.238 billion. The land use term for the residential units is 50 years, while homebuyers will have the right to use the land for an extended period. The entire project is expected to be constructed, inspected, and put into operation in 2028.
In addition, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to take the lead and coordinate with relevant departments and agencies to select investors, while closely monitoring the progress and quality of implementation. The Department of Agriculture and Environment is responsible for land allocation and leasing procedures and controlling compliance with environmental protection regulations.
For the selected investor, the People's Committee of Phu Tho province requires them to complete all investment procedures, ensure construction progress and quality, fulfill all financial obligations, and propose an effective project management and operation plan after commissioning.
