Approval of high-rise social housing project NO3 worth nearly 600 billion VND

This is one of the key projects, forming a social housing area with a synchronous system of technical infrastructure works and architectural works of the project; gradually completing housing indicators in Viet Tri city according to the housing development program and plan of Phu Tho province in the period of 2021-2030; meeting the housing needs of beneficiaries of social housing support policies. At the same time, contributing to the completion of the goal of implementing the Project "Investing in the construction of at least 1 million social housing apartments for low-income people and industrial park workers in the period of 2021-2030" approved by the Prime Minister.

The NO3 high-rise social housing project includes: 11 apartment buildings (15 floors) and a security house with beautiful architectural form; public trees and technical infrastructure systems are invested and built synchronously.

The low-rise social housing area at lot N02 of Minh Phuong Residential and Commercial Service Area, Nong Trang ward has been completed and is qualified to come into operation.

The total land area of the NO3 High-rise Social Housing Project is 7,175.00m2 (0.7175 ha) approved by the Provincial People's Committee for detailed planning in Decision No. 530/QD-UBND dated March 5, 2025.

The total expected investment capital of the project is 581,238 billion VND. The land use term of the project is 50 years, while home buyers will be able to use the land for a long term. It is expected that the entire project will be built, accepted and put into use in 2028.

In addition, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments and agencies to organize the selection of investors, while closely monitoring the progress and quality of implementation. The Department of Agriculture and Environment is responsible for land allocation and leasing procedures and controlling compliance with environmental protection regulations.

For the selected investors, the People's Committee of Phu Tho province requires them to complete all investment procedures, ensure construction progress, project quality and fulfill all financial obligations, and at the same time propose an effective project management and operation plan after putting into use.
