
Compared to May, six groups of goods and services saw price increases, three groups experienced price decreases, and two groups maintained stable prices.
Among the six groups of goods experiencing price increases, several saw significant gains that impacted the CPI, such as housing, electricity, water, fuel, and construction materials, which rose by 4.02%. The food and beverage group increased by 1.49%, primarily driven by a sharp rise in livestock meat products, especially pork. The culture, entertainment, and tourism group increased by 0.3%, due to increased demand for travel during the summer.
Some commodity groups saw price decreases compared to May, such as: transportation (mainly due to price reductions in gasoline and diesel fuel) and postal and telecommunications services.
