Hai Duong 's consumer price index in September increased 0.84% ​​compared to August.

In September, 3 groups of goods and services decreased in price, 2 groups had stable prices and 6 groups increased in price compared to August.

Among the groups of goods with increased prices, there were some groups with high increases such as: food and catering services increased by 3.23%, mainly in the group of food products, livestock meat, and processed meat. In particular, the increase in prices of many types of green vegetables after storm No. 3 has impacted the CPI increase. The group of housing, electricity, water, fuel and construction materials increased by 0.67%, mainly in some items such as: housing, gas. The group of postal and telecommunications goods increased by 0.58%, mainly in some telephone equipment items.

On the contrary, some commodity groups had lower prices in the month compared to August, such as: transportation group decreased by 3.06%, mainly in fuel and petroleum products; beverage and tobacco group decreased by 0.08%; garment, hat and footwear group decreased by 0.01%.
