Despite their young age, Myra Tran (born in 1999), Vo Viet Phuong (2003), and Bella Vu (2008) have recently established themselves as outstanding Gen Z artists (born between 1997 and 2012) with their talent and incredibly meaningful journeys of sharing with the community.
Talent, dedication
“Vo Viet Phuong’s music is contemporary; he is one of the exceptional young artists I will follow and support!” This was the assessment of musician Vo Thien Thanh about singer-songwriter Vo Viet Phuong in 2022 when the artist first debuted to the audience. Giving up the opportunity to study in the US and choosing to stay in Vietnam to pursue his artistic career, Viet Phuong faced many challenges to establish himself.
In 2020, he was nominated for Inspirational Figure of the Year at the Wechoice Awards. Soon after, many of Phuong's compositions were continuously well-received and loved by the public: "Then We'll Meet Again in a Hundred Years," "Days in the Sick City," "The Teacher in the Clouds," "Our Forest," etc.
Viet Phuong also has a long-term series of charitable music projects called Vo Viet Phuong Unitour, in collaboration with music clubs at universities in Ho Chi Minh City. Most recently, on September 26th, he and several young artists organized the "Mid-Autumn Moon Concert" at the Ho Chi Minh City Student Cultural Center to raise funds to bring a warm Mid-Autumn Festival to 1,200 children at Nam Manh school (Nam Nhun district, Lai Chau province). Prior to that, Viet Phuong also organized the "Summer Sunshine" concert in April to support the "Rice with Meat" Fund (Fund for Poor Children in Highland Areas) and the "Smiling Rice" restaurant (Lotus Flower Fund).
Not to be outdone by Viet Phuong, Miss Eco Teen International 2021 (International Ecotourism Queen) - singer Bella Vu (Vu Huyen Dieu) is a young talent with a long-term, inspiring charity project. Bella Vu has Vietnamese and Singaporean heritage, is fluent in three languages (Vietnamese, English, and Chinese), and has a talent for playing the piano, singing, and hosting...
Bella Vu has won major awards at the Asian Arts Festival. Recently, she was also honored with the Global Youth Leader Award 2023 from the Global Youth Parliamentary Forum and the Diplomat Award 2023 from the World Diplomacy Forum. In 2022, she was awarded the title of Young Goodwill Ambassador by IIMSAM, a United Nations organization. Furthermore, the Bella Love Foundation, established at the end of 2020 with contributions from her and other philanthropists, has been helping many people in difficult circumstances.

After participating in the Masked Singer 2022 program, Myra Tran (Tran Minh Nhu) became a prominent young artist in the Vietnamese music scene with her high-pitched voice and strong musical technique. Having competed in several competitions such as The X Factor 2016, American Idol 2019, and Masked Singer 2022, Myra Tran has matured and dedicated more time to meaningful community music events, especially the upcoming Vietnam Stronger project on October 13th.
Sharing love
Upon receiving invitations to perform at the first season of the inspirational art program Vietnam Stronger , Myra Tran, Vo Viet Phuong, and Bella Vu all felt it was meaningful. Myra Tran said she was proud to see Vietnamese music developing and approaching international music trends. She is eager to learn and wants to bring new elements into her music while still preserving the "Vietnamese soul" in her songs.
“When I learned about Vietnam Stronger , I accepted the invitation because the program's message resonated with my goal: inspiring music that brings positive things to children. On the night of October 13th, through a performance expressing pride in my homeland, Vietnam, I want to honor the core values that nurture the Vietnamese soul and convey this noble message to the younger generation,” Myra Tran expressed.
Meanwhile, singer-songwriter Vo Viet Phuong shared that he is proud to be a part of the Vietnam Stronger program, as it extends the journey of sharing music with the community. “Knowing that the project targets young people in mountainous regions, I didn’t hesitate to participate. Through our performances, we artists will honor beautiful Vietnamese and community values,” Viet Phuong expressed.

Bella Vu said she was very enthusiastic about the Vietnam Stronger project because the program has the meaning of spreading and inspiring the younger generation to build a stronger Vietnam. “The program idea is good and practical, so I will contribute to the best of my ability so that good things can spread even wider. I feel happy to have the Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper and the Ho Chi Minh City Young Entrepreneurs Association acting as a bridge connecting hearts, to multiply empathy, sharing, and love to everyone,” Bella Vu shared.
The first season of the inspiring art program "Viet Nam Stronger, " themed "Phu Dong's Dream," aims to mobilize social resources to support the "Lighting Up Hope - Overcoming Difficulties to Go to School" program of Saigon Giai Phong Newspaper and the YBA - House of Knowledge (Container Library) Project of the Golden Heart Fund (Ho Chi Minh City Young Entrepreneurs Association).
The program will take place at 6 PM on October 13th at Hoa Binh Theater (District 10, Ho Chi Minh City).
