Program "Youth of Nam Can Tho University - Lighting up border volunteerism" in Ba Chuc commune

From July 15 to 20, An Giang Student Union - Faculty of Business Administration and Marketing, Nam Can Tho University organized the Youth Volunteer Campaign "Youth of Nam Can Tho University - Lighting the fire of volunteering at the border" in Ba Chuc commune, with the theme "Youth of the border - Lighting the fire of volunteering".

With the spirit of vanguard and community responsibility, the volunteers have carried out many practical and meaningful projects and tasks. Specifically: the project "Border Light - Protecting the Homeland", installing solar energy lighting systems on the border roads; the project "National Flagpole - Border Pride", presenting flag lines to households living along the border; the project "Youth Road - Volunteer Footprints", planting trees to prevent erosion and protect the environment on commune roads.

The union members and youth also organized the "Border Heart - Warm Human Love" Program, visited and gave gifts to policy families and households in difficult circumstances; organized summer activities with the theme "Preventing drowning" to raise awareness and skills in preventing drowning for children; presented mobile bottle containers to farmers; cleaned and offered incense in gratitude at martyrs' memorial houses; cleared land and cleaned the landscape on roads in the commune... The total cost of implementation was 50 million VND, demonstrating the practical contribution of the youth to the border area.

The campaign "Youth of Nam Can Tho University - Lighting up the border volunteer fire" is not only a journey of sharing, but also a testament to the aspiration to build and protect the homeland of today's young generation.
