Suzan Mutes (38) lives in Sydney, Australia. She has had two serious relationships in the past. Over the past 8 years, she has been on more than 1,000 dates. On average, she has 3 dates a week.

She revealed that she has dated so many guys that sometimes going on dates is a way for her to avoid cooking at home. She still maintains at least one date a week.

She admitted that she had high expectations for her future partner. Her ex-boyfriend used to give her pocket money and always made sure she had a car to pick her up so she didn’t have to use public transport.

After the date, if she's not satisfied, she declines using an automated email. "I don't like wasting time. I send an email thanking you for a great evening, but it's not for me," she says.

In her journey to find love, she has had some hilarious dates.

In 2021, a guy asked her out but he invited another woman along. She didn't know about this plan so she was surprised. After that, she quickly left the date and never saw him again.

Another time, she and her date went out for a drink. While eating, a flock of ducks ran towards him. He chased them away but they fell into the water. As a result, she had to wade in to help him and ruined her designer dress.

In 2023, a guy tries to impress her with a home-cooked dinner but burns the pan. His black face and subsequent offer of pizza do not help him win her over.

Despite the obstacles, Suzan remains optimistic. She aims to find true love by 2025. She hopes to inspire women in their 30s who are on the path to finding love.

"I want a fairy tale ending, I want to meet that person and get married. I will continue to work hard and hope that person will appear soon," she shared.
