Hoang Hoa District Police eradicated two complicated drug-related spots

Recently, Hoang Hoa District Police broke up a joint case, eliminated two complicated drug-related spots, arrested two subjects illegally buying, selling, and possessing drugs, seized eight packages of heroin, and many other related exhibits.

The two arrested subjects include: Le Xuan Hung (aka Hung Cau), born in 1980 and Tran Viet Sam, born in 1978, both in Hoang Thanh commune, Hoang Hoa district.

To conceal their crimes, Hung and Sam only transacted with buyers via social networks, then left the drugs in a secret place, and made appointments for "customers" to come pick them up.

Currently, the Investigation Police Agency of Hoang Hoa District Police has temporarily detained the above two subjects for further investigation and expansion.
