The 75 members of the Hanoi Party Committee's Executive Committee for the 18th term, 2025-2030, have been announced.

On the afternoon of October 16th, the Hanoi Party Committee held elections for members of the Executive Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee, 17th term, 2025-2030.

On the afternoon of October 16th, within the framework of the 18th Party Congress of Hanoi, for the 2025-2030 term, the Hanoi Party Committee held elections for the City Party Committee Executive Board.

Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi City Party Committee, representing the Presidium of the Congress, presided over the election session for the Executive Committee.

The Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee has 5 members.

According to Mr. Phong, the Executive Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee, 18th term, has the following structure:

The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee consists of the Secretary and Deputy Secretary, with 5 members.

The Party Committees will each have a structure of 9 members, including: the City Party Committee's Organization Department: 2 members; the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee: 2 members; the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department: 2 members; the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department: 2 members; and the City Party Committee Office: 1 member.

The Standing Committee of the Hanoi City People's Council and the Hanoi National Assembly Delegation, comprising the Vice Chairmen of the City People's Council and the Vice Head of the Hanoi National Assembly Delegation, will have 4 members.

The leadership of the Hanoi People's Committee consists of five Vice Chairmen of the Hanoi People's Committee.

The Hanoi Capital Command and the Hanoi City Police Department each have 3 members.

Regarding the armed forces, Mr. Phong stated that Political Bureau Regulation 323 stipulates that the Commander will participate as a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial/City Party Committee; the Political Commissar will participate in the Party Committee Executive Board of the Provincial/City Party Committee.

Accordingly, the Congress will nominate and introduce 86 people and elect 75 people to participate in the Executive Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, with a surplus of 14.67%.

Afterward, the delegations will meet with the presidium and the secretariat for 30 minutes to discuss and approve the list of candidates.

Following that, the Hanoi Party Committee proceeded to elect the new Executive Committee of the City Party Committee for the next term.
