Attending and directing the Conference were Party Central Committee member, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen; Standing Committee member of the City Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Council Phung Thi Hong Ha; City Party Committee member, Secretary of the Hoang Mai District Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Linh. The Standing Committee members, leaders of the Hoang Mai District People's Committee, representatives of mass organizations, and leaders of 14 wards in the area were present to witness the announcement ceremony.
At the ceremony, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee's Organization Committee Nguyen Hong Nhat announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee on approving comrade Nguyen Duc Dung (born in 1980), member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Organization Committee to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hoang Mai District Party Committee, term 2020-2025; Resolution of the Standing Committee of the City People's Council approving the election results of the Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Organization Committee Nguyen Duc Dung to hold the position of Chairman of the Hoang Mai District People's Council, term 2020-2025.
At the announcement and handover ceremony of the Decision, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen congratulated comrade Nguyen Duc Dung personally and the Hoang Mai District Party Committee and assigned 5 tasks to Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Organization Committee, Chairman of the Hoang Mai District People's Council Nguyen Duc Dung as well as the entire District Party Committee. Including focusing on reviewing the targets of the 4th District Party Congress, together with the Standing Committee and the District Party Committee's Executive Committee to direct and lead units and localities to complete assigned tasks; in his new position, comrade Nguyen Duc Dung must spend time analyzing and finding bottlenecks in the socio-economic development process and propose solutions, especially in social security work, management of apartment buildings, and people's health care. Up to now, Hoang Mai District is one of 3 districts in the capital that does not have a district-level general hospital.
Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen instructed that, in Hoang Mai district, the most densely populated area in the city with many apartment buildings, absolutely no security or public order incidents should occur. During meetings with the Hanoi Party Committee, General Secretary and President To Lam requested that, regarding security and public order, the capital city should never use the phrase "learn from experience," meaning it must proactively grasp and control the situation under all circumstances.
At the same time, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee emphasized that the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee handed over the decisions on cadre work in Hoang Mai district at a very special and meaningful time. Therefore, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee believes that with more than 20 years of working in Hoang Mai district, including 14 years working at the District Party Committee's Organizing Committee, comrade Nguyen Duc Dung will continue to promote his own capacity, solidarity, attachment, exemplary, quickly grasp new work... to organize and successfully implement the political tasks of the unit, contributing to building Hoang Mai district more and more civilized and beautiful.
In his acceptance speech as Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Organization Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Hoang Mai District, Nguyen Duc Dung expressed his gratitude for the trust of the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee of the Hoang Mai District Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City People's Council. Among them, there was support from Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen and Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Council Phung Thi Hong Ha.
Recognizing that the tasks he will undertake in the coming period will be very challenging, Comrade Nguyen Duc Dung promised the city leaders, the Party Committee, and the people of Hoang Mai district that he will unite and work closely with the collective to fulfill the common nhiệm vụ.
At the ceremony, Hoang Mai District Party Secretary Nguyen Xuan Linh affirmed to the city leaders that the Party Committee, government, and people of Hoang Mai district will complete their tasks in 2024 and throughout the term. Along with the construction and renovation of 18 schools, the district is implementing transportation projects and planning the construction of Hoang Mai General Hospital, covering an area of 3.5 hectares with approximately 400 treatment beds. The Hanoi City Party Committee's permission to recruit personnel from within the district for the positions of Deputy District Party Secretary and Chairman of the District People's Council is a recognition and appreciation of the achievements and efforts of Comrade Nguyen Duc Dung and the entire Hoang Mai District Party Committee.
