On August 15, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of An Giang province, Chairman of the Labor Federation of An Giang province Do Tran Thinh visited and presented gifts to 7 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers in Rach Gia ward and Chau Thanh commune (An Giang province).

In Rach Gia ward, the delegation visited Vietnamese Heroic Mothers: Tran Thi Thu, Nguyen Thi Boi, Dang Thi Lieu, Tran Thi Ngau, Le Thi Than, Dam Thi Toan. In Chau Thanh commune, the delegation visited Vietnamese Heroic Mother Phung Thi Kheo.

Visiting the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, Chairman of the An Giang Provincial Labor Federation Do Tran Thinh kindly inquired about the health and life of the mothers. At the same time, he expressed his deep gratitude for the sacrifices and great contributions of the mothers to the cause of national liberation, national reunification, and building and defending the Fatherland.

Comrade Do Tran Thinh wished the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers good health and longevity; hoped that the mothers would continue to encourage their children and grandchildren to comply with the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws, and participate in building the homeland and country to become more and more prosperous.

Visiting and giving gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers is a meaningful and practical activity of An Giang Trade Union towards the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025).

Accordingly, the An Giang Provincial Labor Federation will organize a delegation to visit and give gifts to 34 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers across the province.
