On the morning of December 5th, Ms. Tran Thi Hong Thanh, Provincial Party Committee member and Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, met with voters in Nho Quan district. Also present were leaders from several provincial departments and agencies, and leaders from Nho Quan district.
After hearing the provincial National Assembly representatives' brief report on the results of the 6th session of the 15th National Assembly, voters in Nho Quan district expressed their joy and excitement at the success of the session, which had issued many important policies for the development of the country and the improvement of people's lives. Voters also expressed confidence in the correct leadership of the Party and the National Assembly, the decisive management of the Government; and believed that the laws and resolutions enacted would soon be implemented.
In addition, voters also raised some difficulties and shortcomings in the implementation of policies and laws related to land and requested the National Assembly to consider and amend them.

Accordingly, voters proposed considering adjustments to ensure consistency between the Land Law and the Forestry Law, facilitating the work of competent authorities and ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of land users; considering adding conditions for extending the land use period of projects in accordance with land law; and establishing specific regulations on land allocation, land leasing, and land use limits for religious organizations, in line with the existing land resources of the locality and consistent with the spirit of the directive in Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated June 16, 2022, of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam on continuing to innovate and improve institutions and policies, enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of land management and use, and create momentum to make Vietnam a high-income developed country...
Regarding the field of Culture, voters hope that the Government will soon adjust and amend current regulations related to the awarding of titles for culturally exemplary families and residential areas to ensure consistency with the Law on Emulation and Commendation.
Regarding agriculture and rural development, voters requested increased support for crops in areas damaged by natural disasters and diseases; prompt solutions to introduce African swine fever vaccine into mass production, and policies to support vaccine provision for livestock farmers, contributing to disease prevention and control and avoiding severe economic losses.
During the meeting, leaders of the relevant departments clarified some of the issues raised by the voters.
On behalf of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies, Deputy Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies Tran Thi Hong Thanh expressed gratitude for the trust and heartfelt, responsible opinions of the voters.

Responding to and clarifying some suggestions and proposals from voters, the comrade also clarified some issues related to the completion, amendment, and supplementation of the Land Law, and stated that the opinions and suggestions of voters are one of the important information channels for National Assembly deputies to continue researching and contributing to the development and improvement of the Law at future sessions.
The comrade also clarified some of the voters' suggestions related to culture, agriculture, and rural development. For issues falling under the jurisdiction of the Central Government, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation compiled and reported the suggestions to the relevant authorities for resolution.
Regarding issues falling under the province's jurisdiction, the comrade requested that relevant departments focus on advising the province to resolve them in accordance with regulations, ensuring the rights and interests of the people and voters. The comrade expressed hope that in the future, the province will continue to receive the attention and contributions of voters and the people so that the activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation will become increasingly higher quality and more effective.
