Duy Tan University announced the first round of admission scores for 2025, in which medicine, dentistry and pharmacy are the majors with the highest entrance scores.

In particular, medical and pharmaceutical majors such as medicine, dentistry and pharmacy continue to have the highest entrance scores.

With the 12th grade transcript review method , candidates applying for medicine, dentistry and pharmacy need to have a total score of 3 subjects from 24 points or higher , and must have excellent 12th grade academic performance or a high school graduation score of 8.0 or higher.

Nursing requires less, total score of 3 subjects from 19.5, good academic performance or graduation score from 6.5 . The remaining majors consider admission from 18 points or higher.

With the method of considering high school graduation exam scores in 2025 , the school applies the quality assurance threshold according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training for the medical and pharmaceutical industry.

Law and economic law require 18 points , the rest require 15 points .

In addition, Duy Tan University also uses the results of the Ho Chi Minh City National University's competency assessment exam for admission. The minimum score for medicine and pharmacy is 700 points , nursing is 650 points, and other majors are 600 - 720 points. With the V-SAT exam organized by Duy Tan University , the minimum score for medicine and pharmacy is 300 points , and other majors range from 225 - 270 points.

According to the school representative, maintaining a high score threshold in health majors demonstrates strict requirements for training quality, and also reflects the high level of competition in this group of majors.
