Speaking at the congress, Mr. Vu Xuan Chuong, Editor-in-Chief of Phu Tho Newspaper, Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial Journalists Association acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by Phu Tho Newspaper Journalists Association in the past term.

The Chairman of the Phu Tho Provincial Journalists Association also requested that in the coming time, the Phu Tho Newspaper Journalists Association needs to actively promote activities and improve quality associated with performing the professional tasks of the unit, encouraging members to continuously study on their own to improve professional skills, the quality of journalistic works, and meet the information needs of the public.

Mr. Vu Xuan Chuong, Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial Journalists Association, spoke at the congress.

It is known that the Phu Tho Newspaper Journalists Association currently has 53 members who are leaders, reporters, editors, technicians, and staff of the Phu Tho Newspaper Editorial Office.

During the past term, the Association has performed well its professional tasks, strictly implemented the principles and purposes of the provincial Party newspaper, focused on propagating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, closely following the leadership, direction and guidance of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, the Vietnam Journalists Association , the Phu Tho Provincial Journalists Association, the leadership of the Party Committee, and the Editorial Board of Phu Tho Newspaper to carry out tasks in a practical and effective manner.

98.5% of members and reporters have participated in studying and implementing Party directives and resolutions, State policies and laws; resolutions and documents of the Vietnam Journalists Association and the Provincial Journalists Association.

Delegates voted to elect the Secretariat of the association for the 2023 - 2025 term.

Phu Tho Newspaper's Journalists Association organized for 21 members and reporters to participate in professional training courses organized by the Vietnam Journalists Association and Phu Tho Provincial Journalists Association... Promoting the achieved results, in the 2023 - 2025 term, the Phu Tho Newspaper Journalists Association sets out a number of specific goals: Every year, 10-15 press works win the Phu Tho Provincial Press Award, strive to have works win the Golden Hammer and Sickle Award, the National Press Award, and press awards from central ministries and branches. Do a good job of emulation and commendation in the association organization, send 10-15 members to participate in journalism training courses organized by the Vietnam Journalists Association, the Provincial Journalists Association, and central ministries and branches...

The Secretariat of the Phu Tho Newspaper Journalists Association for the 2023-2025 term was introduced to the Congress.

At the congress, five comrades were elected to the Secretariat of the association for the 2023-2025 term. On this occasion, Chairman of the Phu Tho Provincial Journalists Association Vu Xuan Chuong presented certificates of merit to members with outstanding achievements in association activities.
