The 18th Congress of Hanoi Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term

The Congress affirmed the determination of the Party Committee and people of the Capital to pioneer with the whole country into a new era - an era of prosperous and powerful development of the Vietnamese nation.

The 18th Congress of the Hanoi Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term is scheduled to take place from October 15 to 17, 2025 at the National Convention Center, with the participation of 550 delegates representing nearly 500,000 party members of the entire Party Committee.

This is the first congress after the capital and the whole country carried out the revolution of streamlining the apparatus, arranging administrative units and organizing a 2-level local government model.

The Congress affirmed the determination of the Party Committee and people of the Capital to pioneer with the whole country into a new era - an era of prosperous and powerful development of the Vietnamese nation.
