The 18th Congress of the Hanoi City Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term

The Congress affirmed the determination of the Party Committee and the people of Hanoi to be pioneers, together with the whole country, in entering a new era - an era of prosperous and powerful development for the Vietnamese nation.

The 18th Congress of the Hanoi City Party Committee, for the 2025-2030 term, is scheduled to take place from October 15th to 17th, 2025 at the National Convention Center, with the participation of 550 delegates representing nearly 500,000 Party members of the entire Party Committee.

This is the first congress held after the capital and the entire country implemented a revolution to streamline the administrative apparatus, reorganize administrative units, and establish a two-tiered local government model.
