Dak Lak requests final handover of Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot expressway site

To ensure the progress of Component Project 3 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot expressway, Phase 1, Dak Lak province urgently requests the clearance and handover of land to the construction unit.

The Vice Chairman of Dak Lak province, Mr. Truong Cong Thai, has just signed a document urging the acceleration of land clearance and construction progress for Component 3 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot expressway, Phase 1.

Accordingly, in order to achieve the target of 3,000 km of expressways as directed by the Government and the Prime Minister, and to definitively resolve land-related obstacles for handover to the construction unit, Dak Lak province requires all units to seriously implement the directives of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Construction , and the provincial leadership regarding the project's progress.

At the same time, urgently coordinate to resolve obstacles related to the relocation of technical infrastructure; the development and promulgation of specific land prices; and procedures for notifying land acquisition…

The provincial leaders also requested the communes of Vu Bon, Tan Tien, Ea Knuec, Ea H'ning, and Ea Ktur to urgently resolve outstanding issues regarding the clearance of an additional 10 hectares of land, cases of re-encroachment by households, and requests for resettlement; and to develop plans to protect construction work in cases where individuals deliberately refuse to hand over the land…

Furthermore, the Project Management Board is requested to direct contractors to organize construction in 3 shifts and 4 teams, focusing on completing items that are behind schedule such as (asphalt paving, traffic safety, bridges, underpasses, culverts), especially addressing the delays in Packages 01 and 03…

Component Project 3 of the Khanh Hoa – Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Project is managed by the Dak Lak Provincial Project Management Board for Investment in Construction of Transportation and Rural Development Projects.

The project spans over 48 km and has a total investment of over 6.165 billion VND, of which the construction package alone accounts for over 4.216 billion VND.
