Dak Lak requests final handover of Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot expressway site

To ensure the progress of Project Component 3, Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Phase 1, Dak Lak province requires urgent site clearance and handover to the construction unit.

Vice Chairman of Dak Lak province, Mr. Truong Cong Thai has just signed a document urging the progress of site clearance and construction of Component 3 of Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Phase 1.

Accordingly, to achieve the target of 3,000 km of highway as directed by the Government and the Prime Minister and to completely resolve site clearance issues for handover to construction units, Dak Lak province requires units to seriously implement the directions of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Construction and provincial leaders on project progress.

At the same time, urgently coordinate to remove obstacles related to technical infrastructure relocation; develop and promulgate specific land prices; procedures for land recovery notification...

The provincial leaders also requested the communes of Vu Bon, Tan Tien, Ea Knuec, Ea H'ning, and Ea Ktur to urgently and thoroughly handle the remaining problems in the clearance of the additional 10 hectares of land, re-encroachment households, and resettlement proposals; and have a plan to protect construction in cases of intentional non-handover of land...

In addition, the Project Management Board is required to resolutely direct contractors to organize construction in 3 shifts and 4 teams, focusing on completing slow-moving items such as (asphalt concrete, traffic safety, bridges, underpasses, culverts), especially overcoming the slow progress in Packages 01 and 03...

Component project 3 of the Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway Project, the Project Management Board for Investment in Construction of Traffic Works and Rural Development of Dak Lak Province is the investor.

The project has a route length of more than 48 km, with a total investment of more than 6,165 billion VND, of which the construction package alone accounts for more than 4,216 billion VND.
